What size should I buy?

please refer our size guide for all the info regarding sizes and measurements!

If your cat or dog is too small or too large for our XS and L sizes, please get in touch with us and we can discuss a custom size.

How should I clean my bandana?

We recommend hand washing all of our bandanas to make sure that the elastic lasts as long as possible and the colours stay vibrant!

What materials do you use?

All of our bandanas are made from 100% cotton fabrics, and any lace trims we use are also cotton. We use high quality elastic to ensure your pet can wear their bandana for years to come!

Can I return my bandana?

We currently do not accept refunds on our bandanas as they are all made to order. please refer to our sizing guide to ensure that the bandana you purchase fits perfectly

However, If you wish to send back a used bandana you can do so in return for a voucher towards your next purchase! This is part of our pre-loved initiative to reduce waste.

Where do you ship to?

The ship to the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. At the moment we are unable to ship to addresses within the EU, or the USA, we hope to expand this in the future!

Any customs duties are NOT our responsibility and the customer must cover these costs if they arise.
