Exchange-Only Return Policy


At Monti & Mel, we lovingly craft each piece with care and intention. Because of the handmade nature of our items, we offer an exchange-only return policy. We hope this keeps things simple while still allowing room for adjustments if needed.


Eligibility for Exchanges

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  

Timeframe

- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. After that, we're unable to offer exchanges.


How to Request an Exchange

- Drop us a message at info@montiandmel.co.uk and we'll guide you through the steps.


Exchange Process

- Once we’ve approved your request, you can return your item.

- After we've received and inspected it, we’ll process your exchange for an item of equal or higher value. Please ensure you accurately measure your pets according to our sizing guide, as we currently cannot refund the difference if you choose to exchange for an item of lower value.


Non-Exchangeable Items

- Customised, Personalised, and sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In the case of a defect or damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and its packaging.


Shipping Costs

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
